Recommended use – recommended by Ansis Zauers:

OBVProt – take once in the morning, ideally with a fermented dairy drink – kefir or buttermilk – or simply with a glass of water.

Ønly – optimal results are achieved by taking 2 times per day with meals: 1× in the morning, 1× in the evening.

For best results, it is recommended to use for at least 2–3 months.
