How to use?

How to use: adults are recommended to take 2 capsules daily with a meal, with water. Swallow the capsule whole. Vitamin D is fat-soluble – it is recommended to take it with food containing fats (olive oil, avocado, nuts, fish). Recommended duration of use: 1–3 months or as advised by a healthcare professional.


When is use recommended:

  • In autumn–winter season and early spring (from October to April), when vitamin D synthesis in the skin is limited.
  • In spring (May–September), if sun exposure is insufficient or sunscreens are used.
  • For seniors and physically active people; with low-fat diets or low sun exposure (Northern European latitudes).
