Upon receiving the product, please make sure whether the delivered goods correspond to the order.
The product’s expiration date and its manufacturer are indicated on the packaging.
The right of withdrawal is the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract within a certain period (within 14 calendar days) (reject the order) without paying contractual penalty, interest or damages.
Warranty and right of withdrawal can be used in compliance with the laws in force in the Republic of Lithuania, as well as the type and specific characteristics of the sold product.
The use of warranty rights is possible if the Buyer has retained a document confirming the purchase, which must be submitted to the Seller together with the purchased item.
- after the expiration of the statutory period;
- if the product packaging is opened and/or damaged;
- regarding goods intended for immediate consumption, including medicines, hygiene products and cosmetics.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer must deliver the product to the Seller’s address, together with a proof of purchase, a withdrawal form (write to valens.nutri@gmail.com and a withdrawal form will be sent by e-mail ) and warranty voucher, if one has been issued to the buyer.
The buyer will receive the full amount of money paid for the returned product within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the written refusal.
The consumer prepares a claim application in a free form or fills out a claim application form, which is of August 1, 2006, the Rules of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 631 “Procedure in which a consumer’s claim for a product or service that does not comply with the terms of the contract is filed and considered”:
