Magnesium bisglycinate, buffered magnesium bisglycinate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell) (glazing agent), coenzyme Q10, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), galacto-oligosaccharide (GOS) containing powder (derived from milk lactose), magnesium fatty acid salts (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), iron oxides and hydroxides (capsule shell colourant).

Preimmu® Mag D3K2Q10 – take 2 times per day: 1× in the morning with breakfast and 1× before 5:00 PM with food. Remember – Q10 provides energy and alertness, so avoid taking it late in the evening.

Ønly – take 2 times per day with a meal: 1× in the morning and 1× at midday, but no later than 5:00 PM. (Combines perfectly with Preimmu® Mag D3K2Q10.)

For best results, it is recommended to use for at least 2–3 months.
